Our beds are not only outstanding in their modern and simple design, the quality of the raw material beech wood and the processing, but also by their simple and quick assembly. The individual wooden parts are not simply connected with wooden dowels, but the wood is wedged together (pre-milled to fit) and glued. This gives the beds better stability.
The varnishing is carried out in several steps and layers and therefore has no varnish defects. The varnish itself is not "the cheapest" as is often the case, but is also specially selected and meets all applicable standards.
With the cover the bed is closed at the front on the floor. You can also leave out the cover panel during assembly. The cover panels are not made of conventional chipboard but also of solid beech wood. In the middle of the bed there is a 7 cm wide post (with two 7 x 8 cm support blocks), which offers even more stability.
Due to the pre-drilled slats and boards you will be able to assemble the beds in an average time of 8 to 15 minutes.

Wooden parts wedged into each other and glued

The individual wooden parts are wedged together and glued. This eliminates the use of wooden dowels. All parts are pre-milled to fit. No comparison with cheap beds.

Double support

 

In the middle of the bed there is a 7 cm wide post (with two 7 x 8 cm support blocks), which offers even more stability.
