Coronavirus - Delivery Information
The spread of the corona virus presents great challenges for our entire society.
As usual, we work hard to deliver all your orders quickly.
According to the current status, we deliver as usual, only that there will be some delays in the delivery time. We ask for your understanding.
Please be aware that there may be delays, we try to keep them as low as possible. Please note, however, that the situation is very dynamic and can change.
Please note that package delivery no longer requires a personal signature to be received.
The deliverer will put down the goods, step back and then write down your name on the delivery receipt. However, your presence for the delivery is required unless you have signed the document for the release authorisation!
We ask you to take over the goods upon delivery whenever possible, as some parcel shops have closed or changed their opening hours and therefore can no longer be deposited there for a collection.
Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to locations with official restrictions and that this means that delivery will be delayed.
As usual, our customer service and our consultants are able to be reached by phone and email.
A big request: Please help to relieve our customer service by not asking about the delivery status if the indicated delivery time has not even or not segnificantly been exceeded. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the parcels are shipped. THANKS for your understanding and for your support !!
