As things stand, we are delivering as usual, except that there may be delays here and there in the delivery time for individual products. We ask for your understanding in advance.
Please expect that there may be delays with individual products; we will try to keep these as short as possible. However, please note that the situation is very dynamic and can change. It can occur, for example: Quarantine measures or raw material bottlenecks that unexpectedly delay the production of certain items, logistics bottlenecks or similar. At the moment, many delivery services throughout Europe are working to the limit or already have delivery backlogs, which affects forwarding agencies in particular.
1.) We currently ship goods in stock within a few days as usual (marked "in stock"). In individual cases, the delivery time may exceed the stated delivery time. We have greatly increased our stock in order to be able to serve you as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that there may be delays with the delivery services.
2.) We are working at full speed to deliver all orders as soon as possible. However, as stated in the shop, there are currently longer delivery times for products not in stock, which can be several weeks or even longer. We recommend ordering early, as our logistics partners also have to cope with a greatly increased volume.
We have increased our teams, we have introduced additional measures for the safety of our staff, everyone is working flat out around the clock. We thank you - our valued customers - from the bottom of our hearts for your trust. As always, we have been doing our best for you for 45 years! In individual cases - due to unforeseeable events in connection with Corona - please nevertheless expect possible delays!
Please note that from now on, parcel delivery no longer requires a personal signature for receipt.
The delivery person will drop off the goods, step back and then write down your name himself as a receipt. However, your presence is required to take delivery unless you have given permission to drop off!
Please note that whenever possible, you should take over the goods at the time of delivery, as some parcel shops are closed or have restricted opening hours and therefore cannot be left there for collection.
Please note that we are unfortunately currently unable to deliver to locations that are under official restrictions and that delivery will be delayed as a result.
