As things stand, we are delivering as usual, except there might be delays here and there in the delivery time. We ask for your understanding in advance.
Please expect delays to occasionally happen, we will try to keep them as short as possible. Please note, however, that the situation is unpredictable and can change at any time. Quarantine measures can occur, for example or an unexpected shortage of raw materials, which delay the production of certain items, or a logistical backlog and so on. At the moment, many delivery services throughout Europe are working to the limit or already have delivery backlogs, which affects shipping companies in particular.
We are working at full steam to deliver all the orders as soon as possible. 1.) However, as stated in the shop, there are currently longer delivery times for products not in stock, which means a delay of several weeks or even longer. We recommend ordering early, as our logistics partners also have to cope with a greatly increased volume of goods.
2.) We currently send goods in stock within a few days as we normally do. In individual cases, the delivery time may exceed the stated delivery time. We have greatly increased our stock in order to be able to serve you as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that there may be delays with the delivery services.
We have increased our teams, we have introduced additional measures for the safety of our staff, everyone is working flat out around the clock. We thank you - our valued customers - from the bottom of our hearts for your trust. As always, we have been doing our best for you for 45 years! In individual cases - because of unforeseeable events in connection with Corona - nevertheless please expect possible delays!
Please note that from now on, parcel delivery no longer requires a personal signature for the receipt.
The delivery person will drop off the goods, step back and then write down your name as the receipt. However, your presence is required to receive the delivery unless you have given permission for drop off!
Please note that whenever possible, you should receive the goods personally at the time of delivery, as some parcel shops are closed or have restricted opening hours and therefore they cannot be left there for collection.
Please note that we are unfortunately currently unable to deliver to locations that are under official restrictions and that delivery will be delayed as a result.
